Yoga Classes

Join us for Yoga! This energizing practice combines breath with movement to support your aerial training and overall well-being.

Come do yoga with us in a very laid-back class: we follow an online program through about forty minutes of practice. Bring your own mat or use a shared mat at the studio. No previous experience needed—it is a great complement to silks and lyra or a gentle way to stay moving on its own.

About Our Yoga Class
Join us for yoga the same way we describe it on our homepage: breath and movement together to support your training and how you feel day to day. In class, that shows up as an invigorating flow to get you warmed up, moving, and ready for the day—awakening body and mind and setting a positive tone for whatever lies ahead. 🧘 What to Bring • A yoga mat (we have some available if needed) • Water bottle to stay hydrated • Comfortable clothing that allows for movement 👕 What to Wear • Stretchy, breathable clothing • Leggings or shorts that allow for full range of motion • Bare feet, socks, or yoga socks with grips Please note: The studio can get warm during practice, so dress in layers if needed!
