About Our Yoga Class
An invigorating yoga flow designed to get you warmed up, moving and ready for the day! This energizing practice combines breath with movement to awaken your body and mind, setting a positive tone for whatever lies ahead. 🧘 What to Bring • A yoga mat (we have some available if needed) • Water bottle to stay hydrated • Comfortable clothing that allows for movement 👕 What to Wear • Stretchy, breathable clothing • Leggings or shorts that allow for full range of motion • Bare feet, socks, or yoga socks with grips Please note: The studio can get warm during practice, so dress in layers if needed!
